Hello. How are you guys?
I have been out for a week, did you notice? Although I was randomly dropping by and reading some of your blog posts I did not publish anything last week except for my Mid Year Life Update: Finding My Reason For Being in which I shared with you that I’m taking a few classes online. I have finished one, a class called Mindfulness Life Coach Certification by the Transformation Academy.
This is actually the first time that I took classes that are not related in any way with my profession, and I’m surprised that it feels so liberating! I did not know studying can be this fun! Honestly! The last time I had fun learning something was when I taught myself how to crochet, that was right after I quit my job in 2018. I still have two classes that I haven’t yet started, both are free. If you’re interested, I found them on EdX.
On a side note, I especially want to thank these lovely people. Thank you so much for giving support on my last post! You guys, truly thank you!!

I am so excited!! After immersing myself in practical mindfulness classes, I decided to put up my own mini online course. This is for you guys who want to start the journey but are overwhelmed by the thousands of information out there.
Basically what this is, is a short presentation, an introduction to mindfulness which I especially made for beginners who are interested but don’t have an idea where to start.
