How To Become Mindful: A Practical Guide for Beginners

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ~Rumi

Hello. How are you guys?

I have been out for a week, did you notice? Although I was randomly dropping by and reading some of your blog posts I did not publish anything last week except for my Mid Year Life Update: Finding My Reason For Being in which I shared with you that I’m taking a few classes online. I have finished one, a class called Mindfulness Life Coach Certification by the Transformation Academy.

This is actually the first time that I took classes that are not related in any way with my profession, and I’m surprised that it feels so liberating! I did not know studying can be this fun! Honestly! The last time I had fun learning something was when I taught myself how to crochet, that was right after I quit my job in 2018. I still have two classes that I haven’t yet started, both are free. If you’re interested, I found them on EdX.

On a side note, I especially want to thank these lovely people. Thank you so much for giving support on my last post! You guys, truly thank you!!

Also, to YOU and to everyone who have been supporting this blog, thank you so much for being a part of this tiny community!

Officially launching my FREE mini online course How To Become Mindful: A Practical Guide for Beginners – AUGUST 3

I am so excited!! After immersing myself in practical mindfulness classes, I decided to put up my own mini online course. This is for you guys who want to start the journey but are overwhelmed by the thousands of information out there.

Basically what this is, is a short presentation, an introduction to mindfulness which I especially made for beginners who are interested but don’t have an idea where to start. I guarantee you, this is a bite-size content. You don’t have to free up 30 minutes on your schedule for this and the best part is, drum-roll please, it’s totally FREE!!

See you on AUGUST 3!!

Hello! Thank you for reading this from The Mindful Modus.

My name is Princess of The Mindful Modus, a blogger on a mission of helping people develop a healthy approach to work and life by incorporating mindful practices to everyday, mundane self care routines. All the contents of my blog are decaf-initely free but a coffee can greatly help me stay awake! Thank you so much!

  1. Congratulations, Princess! I feel you! I am also currently taking a few online courses that are not related to my field, and I enjoyed it so much. It’s liberating! Following my curiosity makes my heart beat fast (like I am in love πŸ˜‚).

Although I’ve been practicing mindfulness for a few months now, I still consider myself a beginner. πŸ˜… I still have a lot to learn, and I am looking forward to your mini online course! πŸ’—
